Suffolk Technologies Closes $110 Million Inaugural Construction Fund

Suffolk Technologies, a venture-capital platform affiliated with Suffolk Construction, has closed an inaugural $110 million fund.

The Boston-based construction company, which has $5 billion in annual revenue, raised the vehicle to invest in software that can aid the building process. The platform targets companies that focus on construction technology, real-estate tech and software that make construction more sustainable.
