Investment Advisor – Family Offices

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Investment Advisor to join our team. This crucial role will involve identifying and establishing strong relationships with family and multi family office managers, as well as proactively managing investment portfolios. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with experience in the financial sector who possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 

Responsibilities:

Relationship Development & Prospecting:

• Establish long-term relationships with potential investors.

• Identify and contact potential family office managers to present investment opportunities in our projects.

• Develop solid and long-lasting relationships with family office managers, understanding their investment objectives and proposing solutions adapted to their needs.

• Visit potential clients to capture their interest in our projects.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

• Analyze market trends to determine customer demand.

• Understand the market to identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate in the definition of marketing strategies for our projects.

• Prepare the business plan and create action plans to attract investments.

Commercial Management and Follow-up:

• Create and implement business proposals and negotiate terms and conditions.

• Establish and follow the objectives of the sales team.

• Control and follow up on the commercial process.

• Prepare sales and investment reports to evaluate performance and make strategic decisions.

Customer Service & Retention:

• Provide excellent customer service to investors.

• Continuously monitor investor relations to ensure investor satisfaction and retention.

How to succeed in the role:

• Graduate Professional: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or related careers.

• Solid experience working directly with family offices of high-net-worth families in roles of financial advisory, portfolio management or sales of investment projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial areas and assistance to family offices.

• Proven experience in structuring new businesses related to family offices.

• Excellent planning, organization, and public speaking skills.

• Bilingual Spanish/English.

• Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
