Position: Investment Advisor
Location: CABA, Buenos Aires
Reports to: CEO
Responsibilities:
Search for potential investors interested in financing investment projects in the real estate sector.
Analyze market trends to determine where our customers' demand is heading.
Understand how the local market works to determine growth opportunities. Analysis of the real estate market in the assigned area.
Preparation of the business plan.
Preparation of commercial proposals and negotiation of terms and conditions.
Creation and implementation of action plans for investment attraction.
Establishment and follow-up of the objectives established for the commercial team.
Follow-up and control of the commercial process.
Preparation of sales and investment reports.
Follow-up and loyalty of the client portfolio.
Commercial visits to capture potential customers.
Keep abreast of the latest trends in real estate marketing.
Oversee marketing strategies.
Establish long-term relationships with potential investors and/or tenants.
Relationship management with real estate agents.
Generate alliances.

Specific capabilities:
Graduate Professional: Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Communication or related careers.
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and/or marketing areas in the real estate industry.
Proven experience in structuring new businesses.
Knowledge of marketing tools in general.
Excellent planning, organization and public speaking skills.
Bilingual Spanish / English
